BEIJING, March 15 (Xinhua) -- A total of 24 people were elected vice chairpersons of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) at a plenary meeting of its first session on Wednesday.

Zhang Qingli, born in January 1951, is a member of the 19th CPC Central Committee. He was vice chairman and the secretary-general of the 12th CPPCC National Committee. He was a member of the 16th, 17th, 18th CPC central committees.
